Returns Policy (UK & EU Consumers)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights and our returns process, in line with UK consumer law.
Changed your mind? Return within 14 days
If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase made online, you have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it (unused and uninstalled)
- In its original packaging, including manuals and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Returns must be authorised before sending. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Faulty item? You’re covered for 30 days
If your item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to request a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement. If that fails, you may still be entitled to a partial or full refund under your statutory rights.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for opened air filters or used filter components (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
EU Customers – Your Rights
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This is consistent with UK rights and does not require justification. As with UK orders, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
